My toolbox is varied, but ultimately the work is about helping you access your own capacity to heal yourself. Sometimes what you may need is simply to be heard without judgment or fear. I can help you hear your quiet riots, release trauma inspired tensions, or illuminate the path you are called to walk.

I love to work with people who are grappling with hard questions - particularly around responsibilities, duty, and chronic stress or illness. Clients find that building a relationship with a counselor offers relief from feelings of depression, isolation, and anxiety and often sustained improvement in symptoms from excess stress and trauma.

At our first meeting, I would like to learn more about what motivates you to make time to talk and how we may use future sessions to make progress.
