What is your fee?

Currently the individual rate for services is $150 per hour. Group sessions average out to $45 a session.

Do you take insurance?

We are working towards enrollment in some insurance plans. If you have a particular insurance in mind, please ask.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

We do provide a small number of appointments at a lower cost due to economic hardship. Please inquire for more information.

How will I know it's a good fit? Will I be seen virtually or in-person?

You will be seen through a secure video conferencing software that is certified to privacy standards required to protect your health information.

Where are you located?

We are licensed to see anyone in the state of Washington virtually, though the practice is physically located in Seattle.

How often will I be seen?

Most people start with a 50 min appointment once per week. This gives you the time to heal and learn in session and space in between to integrate it all.
